From the main railway station:

- Take the underground line U3 to Barmbek
- Take the exit St. Pauli Millerntor
- Cross over the road on your right and turn into Simon-von-Utrecht Straße
- The main entrance to the hotel is located on the right-hand side

By car:

From the South (via the A1):
- Travel over the Elbbrücken bridges
- Follow the signs to the city centre ("Stadtzentrum")
- Continue along Amsinckstraße and follow the signposts to the Reeperbahn/Hafen until you reach Millerntorplatz
- Stay in the right-hand lane and at the second set of traffic lights turn left into Simon-von-Utrecht-Straße
- On the right-hand side you will find the main entrance to the hotel, and the entrance to the underground car park is a few metres further

From the North (via the A7):
- Take the exit Volkspark
- Follow the signs to the city centre ("Zentrum") and then the signs to the Reeperbahn/Hafen
- Travel down the Reeperbahn until you reach its end
- Turn left towards Glacischaussee
- Turn left into Simon-von-Utrecht-Straße
- On the right-hand side you will find the main entrance to the hotel, and the entrance to the underground car park is a few metres further
